Joshua T. Carson



Josh Carson’s primary fields of practice include real estate, oil/gas/coal, and commercial litigation. Within those fields, he regularly represents residential and commercial real estate developers, homebuilders, corporate/private mineral owners, private energy investment funds, local operators, domestic and international coal mining companies, and also practices before the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission.

Prior to his return to Arkansas, Mr. Carson was an advocate with the National Energy Policy Institute and the Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law Society in Tulsa.
