About
Randy McGinnis’s estate planning and probate practice includes advising, designing and documenting estate plans for individuals and families, trust supervision and estate administration. Central to these services is the preservation and transfer of family wealth and the reduction of estate taxes within the parameters of the clients’ personal needs, goals and objectives. Mr. McGinnis also has a particular expertise and experience in dealing with the sensitive issues involved in handling guardianships or conservatorships for the care and protection of the young, the elderly, and the disabled.
Another area of Mr. McGinnis’s practice is real estate law representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions with a particular interest and experience in issues of title insurance. In each transaction, Mr. McGinnis diligently investigates all issues to assure his client receives the maximum benefit from the transaction with the lowest possible risk.
