About

Since joining the firm in 2017, Dalton has practiced primarily in the areas of business and corporate law, real estate law, commercial litigation, and commercial transactions. Dalton performs ongoing corporate and general counsel services to numerous companies and organizations, and frequently counsels these clients regarding entity selection, designing and refining corporate governance structures, buy-sell agreements, and compliance. He also regularly represents buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions. His real estate practice includes advising clients through all aspects of the purchase and sale of real property, as well as with real property disputes.

Before joining the firm, Dalton was a law clerk for U.S. District Judge P.K. Holmes, III. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2016, where he was the managing editor of the Arkansas Law Review.

A Fort Smith native, Mr. Person received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago, where he played football for four years before graduating with honors in 2013. He has been recognized in Mid-South Super Lawyers as a Rising Star, Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America, and numerous other publications throughout Arkansas for his legal practice and community leadership.
